What Every Resident Needs to Know!
The legal status of the land known as Vivo Resorts has been clarified and determined with finality.
Effective 25 March 2026 all residents have been awarded equitable possession for their purchase.
This is as a result of the land being asserted and proven as communal by the Bienes Comunales San Pedro Mixtepec and its community of comuneros, its constitutional owners, further affirmed and ruled by the Federal Court, and contracted with Moradores Unidos de Palmarito, C.A. as the official and sole administrator of the land for 30 years renewable.
An Agro-Tourism Alliance has been created, and the transaction has been qualified, audited by independent oversight, accepted and registered with the National Agrarian Registry (RAN) of Mexico.
